Motivation and implementation skills

The motivation  is our drive to act. Indeed  no matter how high this is -  Only through the necessary and target-oriented actions, the implementation competence, do we get to ours  Aim. These  Competence is made up of  five components together that can all be trained:

Focus on the essentials

Mobilize energy, positive emotional attitude

Act systematically and in a planned manner

Boost self-confidence

Self-discipline  (act under your ethical motives and in accordance with the goal)

First component: The ability to recognize the essentials and fully focus on them. Such a focus is only possible if we have a value system that works like a compass and thereby enables the setting of priorities.

the  second  component  is the ability to influence one's own feelings and those of others in such a way that they 'generate' more mental energy than they use up. The thoughts and feelings of successful people revolve primarily around the future. You don't ponder for long  about emotional stress or interpersonal conflicts. Rather, they creatively solve emotional problems (stress) and put themselves and others in a positive (and thus productive) mood.

the  third  The component is the ability - and willingness - to plan ahead and  To solve problems.  Don't wait to act  until there is no other way. Better: anticipate potential problems  and yourself  prepare for it and act in a timely manner; we are investing in the future and improving ours  Problem solving skills.

In the  fourth  Component is about the ability to own  Self-confidence  to strengthen and implement goals and problem solutions.  Confidence is not innate alone  or pronounced in childhood and adolescence.  We can learn self-confidence by systematically training it.

Finally, the fifth component is the goal-related one  Self-discipline. This does not mean self-imposed coercion, which seldom lasts for a long time anyway. Successful people recognize the deeper meaning in what they do. And because they work out of conviction, they do not need any external pressure and can focus better on what is essential. In addition, they get support from others for whom they are doing something useful. This closes the circle on the first component.

Targets of different categories

Process goals

The athlete has control over that  Plot.  Example: I ride my racing bike with a higher cadence. These goals are performance-enhancing, controllable and motivating.

Performance goals

Controllable in masses. The athlete compares with his own previous performance. Example: I am running 10 km 1 today  Minute faster.

Result goals or result goals

Not controllable for the athlete and therefore more likely to be used as an additional goal. Relate to a ranking or result in the competition and are from other participants  depends on the competition. Example: I am taking one of the first 5 places today.

Short-term intervention or process support?

The short-term intervention relates to finding a solution to a limited current problem  and is usually processed in one or two sessions. It is often based on the current competition situation.

In  one  Litigation support  work  we r  on  your future  directed  and  with  a wider one  Approach.  Independent  from  the  current situation  strengthen yourself  using  your resources and  New  acquired  Skills. This will get you a  Maximum of more sustainable  Effectiveness.  The process support  builds  at an initial meeting with you  on.  On the basis of this, I will create a phase plan that we will use as a guide to achieve your goals.
