Motivation and implementation skills

The motivation  is the  Drive to act. Indeed  no matter how high this is -  Only through the necessary and target-oriented actions, your implementation skills, will you reach your desired goals. These  Competence is made up of  five components together that can all be trained:

Focus on the essentials

Mobilize energy, positive emotional attitude

Act systematically and in a planned manner

Boost self-confidence

Self-discipline  (Acting under  ethical motives)

First component: The ability to recognize the essentials and fully focus on them. Such a focus is only possible if you have a value system that works like a compass and thereby enables priorities to be set.

the  second  component  is the ability to influence one's own feelings and those of others in such a way that they 'generate' more mental energy than they use up.  Successful people solve  creative emotional problems (stress) and put yourself and others in a positive (and therefore productive) mood.

the  third  The component is the ability - and willingness - to plan ahead and  To solve problems. With this you invest in the future and improve  your problem-solving skills.

In the  fourth  Component is about the ability to own  Self-confidence  to strengthen and implement goals and problem solutions.  Self-confidence is not a more or less innate or unchangeable character trait that was pronounced in childhood and adolescence. You can learn and train self-confidence.

Finally, the fifth component is the goal-related one  Self-discipline. This does not mean self-imposed coercion, which seldom lasts for a long time anyway. Successful people recognize the deeper meaning in what they do.  In addition, they get support from others for whom they are doing something useful.
